One of the highlighted areas that the C4D Consulting team wishes to provide consulting and training services for is gender equality, in particular the topics of gender equity, counter- gender-based violence (GBV), and empowering and connecting women in economic activities to boost their opportunities for success.
At C4D Consulting we regard gender equality as one of fundamental human rights, and one of the key ingredients for harmonious and sustainable development, be it in the family, nation or the whole world scope and perspective. Our guiding principle is that the gender issues are multi-faced, highly dynamic and should always be analyzed comprehensively and multi-dimensionally, distinguishing between the symptoms and the causes, putting the issues into the geographical, economic, cultural, religious and prevalent life style contexts for in-depth understanding of core problems and deriving relevant, context- specific solutions to solve specific gender related issues, still and always with a vision toward the final goal of harmonious and sustainable development for all people.
We strongly believe that gender equality benefits all people in a whole, at the same time in every appearance of gender inequality, both men and women face unnecessary losses, though may be in different aspects, therefore both, including minority groups in each, should be appropriately listened, and heard; all inequality appearances should be analyzed and assessed in a non-biased and comprehensive manner, from intermediate as well as long term perspective.
